What size should I get?

Every product page has a full measurement chart — shoulders, body length, chest width, and sleeve. Everything is measured flat, so allow for up to an inch of variance.

The fit is relaxed through the body and true to size. Size up if you like a slouchier fit.

If you're between sizes or not sure, just reach out before you order. I'm always happy to help you figure it out.

How long does production take?

Every MLABEL. piece is machine-embroidered by me, one at a time, and made to order — so nothing ships the same day. Production takes 7–10 business days.

The embroidery itself runs 3–4 hours per piece, depending on the design.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is finished, it ships via 2-day delivery. Shipping is free on all US orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is for US orders, but international rates are calculated at checkout. Please keep in mind that any customs fees or duties are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Do you accept returns?

Because every piece is made to order just for you, I'm not able to accept returns.

I know that's a lot to ask when you're ordering online, so I want to make the rest easy: I always offer size exchanges, and if anything arrives damaged, I'll replace it. Please just reach out — I'd much rather hear from you than have you stuck with something that isn't right.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — cancellations are accepted within the first hour of placing your order. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. If you ordered the wrong size, I'm happy to offer an exchange for a different size. Just reach out and I'll walk you through the process.

Do orders come with tracking?

Absolutely. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package from my studio to your doorstep.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier first.
After that, I can follow up on my end and resend your item if needed.
If your item arrives damaged, I will replace it — just send back the damaged piece so I can make it right.

Is this hand-embroidered?

It's machine-embroidered, and that's on purpose. Every design runs 30,000 stitches at minimum, and most run 60,000–90,000 or more — that's not something you can do by hand. Most embroidered apparel you've seen sits somewhere around 3,000–10,000 stitches.

No print, no vinyl, no heat transfer. Just thread, front and back.

What does "30 per size" mean?

Every design is limited to 30 pieces per size. Once a size sells out, that's it — I don't restock or rerun designs. New batches drop the last Friday of every month at 7PM EST.
