How long does production take?
Every MLABEL. piece is handmade and individually embroidered by me. Production typically takes 1–3 hours per item, depending on the design.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is finished, it ships via 2‑day delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — cancellations are accepted within the first hour of placing your order. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. If you ordered the wrong size, I’m happy to offer an exchange for a different size. Just reach out and I’ll walk you through the process.
Do orders come with tracking?
Absolutely. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package from my studio to your doorstep.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
• If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier first.
• After that, I can follow up on my end and resend your item if needed.
• If your item arrives damaged, I will replace it — just send back the damaged piece so I can make it right.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time. MLABEL. currently ships within the United States only.
How should I care for my embroidered sweatshirt?
To preserve the life of your garment:
• Wash inside out
• Use cold water
• Tumble dry on low heat
