At MOODLABEL, every piece is individually hand‑embroidered and made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer store credit.

However, I always want you to love your order. If something goes wrong that’s outside of your control, I’ll make it right.

Exchanges

I gladly offer exchanges for size issues.
If you need a different size, just contact me and I’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

1. Contact me immediately upon receiving your package.
2. Take clear photos of the damage.
3. Provide an unboxing video if possible — this helps verify the issue and speeds up your replacement.


Once I review your photos/video, I will replace the item.
You may be asked to send back the damaged piece so I can inspect it and ensure quality control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen:

1. Please contact the carrier first to open a claim.
2. After that, reach out to me — I can follow up on my end and resend your item if needed.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within the first hour of placing your order.
After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

No Returns

Because each MOODLABEL piece is handmade to order, returns are not accepted.
This policy ensures that every garment is created with intention, care, and fairness to both the customer and the maker.
